Washing, siliconizing, sterilizing and drying machines provided by Austar are designed to treat sealing device for pharmaceutical products such as rubber and plastic stoppers, droppers, metal rings and similar components.

Main Features

Stoppers to be treated are loaded in separate baskets for better final results. Washing process is done by rotating the whole cabinet, which is a combination of basket. With the add of recycling pump and spray nozzles, suspension particles are ensured to be removed during the opration of fluid-bed.

Construction Characteristics

The equipment main-body and related safety devices are manufactured and tested in compliance with the standards of customer’s country. The machine and system will be manufactured in compliance with Italian ISPESL standard if specifically

• Machine main-body completely made of AISI316L, except the jacket, which is made of AISI 304SS.
• Support frame of AISI 304 SS.
• External panel made of AISI 304 SS.
• All machine components are sanitary type.
• Machine body insulated with ceramic material, and with external surface made
• Chamber inner surface, tubes, baskets and all parts that will have direct contact with rubber stoppers are polished with connecting system for clean room.
• Automatic unloading, three types of containers are available for selection.　

Control System

The LT and LST series are equipped with complete controlling system, including controller, PLC and printer. The controlling system controls the machine and basic parameters, such as F0, pressures and level control. Its interface enables operator
to customize the working process and manual operations.
In addition, the system provides complete process documentation, which could assist operators to operate properly.

Process

The whole process consists of different working phases, the design provides maximum flexibility. The washing times and continuous of various working stages are the most appropriate cycle for the material to be treated.
