The OSMOSTAR series adopt the RO & EDI technologies for the production of the purified water.

The equipment in this range are used for the sterilization and depyrogenation of heat-resistant materials, such as glass bottles, vials, glass containers, metal containers, metal trays, machine parts.

Rubber Stopper Washer

Washing, siliconizing, sterilizing and drying machines provided by Austar are designed to treat sealing device for pharmaceutical products such as rubber and plastic stoppers, droppers, metal rings and similar components.

Sterile Product Filling Line

Complete sterile filling line consists of the bottle washing machine, the dry heat sterilization tunnel, the sterile filling machine (powder or liquid), the capping machine, the labeling machine, etc.

We can offer tanks of design, manufacturing and related documents complied to cGMP and PED, which mainly applied in pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food and beverage industry.
