Engineering Division Sales Manager Job Description: • Management of sales agents or sales team across several countries including China, India, Russia, Indonesia, Bangladesh, etc., and maintain a sound and effective organization capable of achieving desired sales coverage, market penetration and sales goals. • Identify and help deliver opportunities to grow the service business in all Austar Engineering products and increase consultancy service business within the Customers. • Actively Austar sell Service Products and Service Solutions • Develop client relationships to ensure long term success. • Assess client requirements and develop best fit solutions. • Participate in setting up appropriate support systems • Deliver proposals and presentations • Capable of closing deals independently. Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree or equivalent in mechanical engineering (or similar) • At least 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, mechanical engineering, chemical/ petrochemical, or related industries. • Proven track record of sales achievements with experience in Sales management • Result-driven leader with excellent people management skills • Fluent in English, knowledge of Chinese is an advantage • Computer skills with Microsoft office • Business oriented attitude • Comfortable with dealing with foreign companies as well as Chinese companies • Required to travel overseas to manage sales team and develop clients overseas.
